Discussion Lists

BALEAP has two jiscmail lists.

The first is for institutional members (maximum two representatives) for matters concerning institutions, eg policy, entrance tests, employment practices etc. The address for this list is
baleap-inst@jiscmail.ac.uk. It is recommended that institutional reps make this their default address for postings.

The general list includes all individual members, plus any individuals at member institutions, who are not representatives, but want to receive general messages. This address is baleap@jiscmail.ac.uk.

Changes to representatives, membership, or institutional details should be made via the Chair.

Following discussions on the list BALEAP is preparing some FAQs on popular topics.

The first subject dealt with is Plagiarism. Members' thoughts on this topic are summarised in a Microsoft Word document (39k).

As more topics are covered a full FAQ section will be developed on this website.
