Job details
Due to increase in student applications we are looking for experienced andqualified tutors to work on our Pre-sessional programme.
Dates
- 11 - week standard Pre-sessional : 5 July - 17 September
- 8 - week integrated Pre-sessional : 26 July - 17 September
- 4- week integrated Pre-sessional : 23 August - 17 September
All tutors will need to attend a paid two day induction on the Thursday and Friday prior to the start of the course. All tutor are also paid for an extra administration day.
Main duties
- Full-time teaching (21 contact hours per week)
- Lesson preparation and record keeping
- Day-to-day class administration
- Providing formative and summative feedback to students
- Marking and double marking final assessments
- Report writing
- Attending a two day induction programme.
Salary
£31.43 per hour + holiday pay accrued at 12.1%
